Hi! I’m Rowena, specialist permanent make up artist and aesthetics practitioner. I set up my business in 2019 and have since met so many wonderful clients who choose to come to me for treatments. My focus is for all my clients to feel comfortable while having treatments with me, delivering all treatments with precision and care. SEMI PERMANENT MAKEUP
Permanently perfect cosmetics offers semi-permanent make up including semi-permanent eyebrows, lip blushing and eyeliner treatments from a private clinic, located in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.
What is semi-permanent make up?…
Also known as micropigmentation, it is treatment where colour is implanted into the skin, using a fine needed to create the effect of natural make up that enhances your features and will not wash off. Semi-permanent make up treatments can last between 2-3 years and produce softer, more natural results where colours and the desired look can be tailored to suit you.
From natural looking hair-stroke eyebrow and eyeliner enhancements to lip liner or full lip blush, treatments are becoming increasingly more popular where you can have make-up that lasts 24/7, saving you lots of time every day. After the initial treatment, a touch up appointment is then advised every 12-18 months to keep the results looking fresh, a complimentary retouch appointment is also included in the initial treatment price, done 4-6 weeks after.
What is the difference between Microblading and semi permanent eyebrows?…
Semi permanent makeup ( also called micropigmentation) and Microblading are both types of cosmetics tattooing, but they use different methods. For semi permanent makeup, to create an eyebrow enhancement, this technique involves using a cosmetic digital tattoo machine with a very fine needle to implant colour. Microblading involves a fine blade that scratches the surface of the skin, both techniques are popular, however semi permanent makeup (micropigmentation) is a more versatile method for all ages of clients and is suitable for all skin types, producing longer lasting and better healed results.

I offer a free and informative consultation before any treatments to discuss your preferences and an opportunity to ask me any questions. Using make up products I will demonstrate for you various colour tones and show you what to expect as a final result. Whether the treatment is for eyebrows, eyeliner or lips I will demonstrate to you what I think will be most complimentary for you with careful consideration of your facial features, skin tone and expectations. I will explain the treatment process and discuss with you my aftsercare recommendations.
During the first appointment I choose to err on the side of caution as each treatment has a retouch appointment included in the initial price where the look can then be made more defined or perhaps a colour shade darker chosen once you have seen the first result
